These notes ©2018, Andrew Carnie. The dance was learned by Alison Snow from Necdet Aşkin in 1974; also taught by Bora Özkök. The dance is from central eastern Turkey. The music is played on a Kemane, which is a violin like instrument

Bar 1: Moving in LOD, step R (1), L (&), R (2), arms make a small circles forward and backBar 2: repeat bar 1, with opposite footwork

Bars 1-2: facing center and moving into the center, step R (1), L (2), R (1), L (2), arms swing to R, L, R, L (windshield wipers)Bar 3: Touch R toe forward, arms push forward (1), Touch R toe next to L foot, arms draw back (2)

Bars 5-6: repeat bars 1-2 but backing up out of center
